- To work with stakeholders across the organization to identify and characterize opportunities that will enable the AIG P&C to become more efficient.
- To support a number of key process improvement projects, successfully establishing new systems and processes that result in measurable improvements.
- To support organization wide initiatives in business process improvement, process documentation and change management.
경력 및 자격요건
• Document core operational processes, creating detailed process maps and associated materials
• Conduct interviews to extract process knowledge from key staff and translate into process maps and detailed training materials that capture step-by-step activities required by each team and role to complete each process
• Work closely with functional and business areas to ensure documented operational processes are understood and implemented consistently
• Support project feasibility and business case development, matching projects to the strategic priorities of the Business Partners
• Define change management process to ensure that updates to processes are fully documented and understood by all stakeholders
• Develop and roll out implementation plan to ensure new and existing staff use the new process documentation and conduct the required trainings using the standard operational processes
• Monitor staff use of new process documentation and establish reporting metrics to
