- Partner with Marketing and various internal/external customers and or vendors to ensure packaging solutions are consumer focused
- Investigate emerging technologies, identify new packaging technologies
- Provide package engineering and development support for Beauty packaging working closely with Engineers at Headquarters
- Create and execute protocols to evaluate new packaging technologies for readiness to move to the development phase
- Build relationships with key Asian component suppliers
- Troubleshoot and support issue resolution at Asian suppliers in conjunction with Engineers at Headquarters

- BS, MS, PHD in Package Engineering or related Engineering/Science field
- Experience in Supplier Relationships/Procurement of Beauty Packaging
- Complete understanding of Package Engineering principles and techniques within the Beauty Industry
- 영어 네이티브 / 미국 본사 커뮤니케이션 잦으며 미국인 임원에게 Direct report
