- Optimize sales by achieving sales goals aligned with sales strategy.
- Accountable for selling to specialty accounts through wholesale terms, manage B2B and FOC retailers as well.
- Measure performance against goal through functional target, country and team.
- Develop and consolidate monthly sales target which can be used as a selling tool by the sales force and update changes as necessary.
- Work with team to develop account base plans to increase market share in the key accounts.
- Develop realistic go-to-market process, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
- Accountable for the execution, manage and timely coordinate account orders including entry, tracking, order confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.
- Lead the team to manage the accounts through operational and financial issues or concerns.
- Develop the marketplace by using knowledge of local market and competitors to better position.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over 7 years of direct account sales, with experience preferred
- Leadership and Excellent verbal and written communication skills including
- Strong PC skills, MS-Office
- English at a business level
