1. Take up business administration and other office-based duties for sales team & MD
SP and coordinating all work within the sales team.
2. Conduct Sales Analysis of Key Accounts and Key Product Groups for Korea, keep
record of sales targets and achievements and compiling them into reports for the
designed usage for the team in a timely manner (weekly & monthly bases).
3. Processing customer inquiries on behalf of sales, e.g. send out samples &
communication materials to customers.
4. Coordinate the communication & sales tools management for sales team and it’s
accounts, control the sales material stock for C&D, communicate with Market
Management on materials ordering and logistics; support and prepare novelty
launch and customer workshops.
5. Liaise with other internal parties (MM, FM, F&A, SM) for the coordination of customer
related issues.
6. Ad hoc project activities whenever situation has made it necessary.
경력 및 자격요건
- Sales Admin 경력 2~3년 (사원급)
- 영어 가능자 (이메일, 기본 커뮤니케이션 가능한 정도)
- 시스템 및 MS OFFICE 능통한 자 (영어 PT 가능자)
- 85~86년생 선호
