담당업무
Plans, organizes and coordinates corporate events efficiently together with event owner teams
- Aligns event strategy to organizational strategy
- Assesses business lines’ needs and expectations, recommends production elements and budget expenditures and articulates event goals and objectives
- Directs event team to provide the event planning services that satisfy the needs and expectations of attendees and the organization
- Drives budget development, tracking and reconciliation of all events
- Develops, implements and evaluates event processes
- Maintains logistical accountability of events
- Initiates proposals with vendors; negotiates and manages vendors and contracts
- Coordinates and manages pre-planning meetings with event owner team from business lines
경력 및 자격요건
1. University degree holder
2. Minimum 8 years working experience, with minimum of 4 years managing similar job nature in the past employment
3. Proactive and a problem solver in a fast moving company
4. Interpersonal and customer service skills
5. Time management skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure
