JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Supervise EMS synthesis process and communicate with other team for OLED synthesis
2.Lead scale up process for synthesis part including process safety and quality
3.Perform tasks assigned to operations as per a standard task list including field checks, equipment preparation, samples, etc.
4. Initiate and perform process troubleshooting, improvements and preventive action to prevent of process failure

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

1.Master’s degree for organic chemistry with 5years working experience in the chemical part
2.Must be proficient in Microsoft applications, such as Words and Excel.
3.Be able to travel easy to manage of EMS plant as required
4.Need English skill of Appropriate level as engineer
5.Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
6.Be able to wear all required personal protective equipment.
7.Understands and applies skills and knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC) technology, to maximize plant asset utilization and produce low cost, quality products.
