A successful candidate will be able to
- Provide onsite scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of Life Technologies instruments in Seoul and other areas in Korea as required.
- Undertake product installation and operator training onsite in Korea
- Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by telephone.
- Provide technical advice about IT & Linux on NGS use, both in person and by telephone.
- Proactively resolve difficult repairs by using Life Technologies Service Escalation process and liaising with APAC Service Specialists.
- Proactively manage personal stock of spare parts and completes paperwork in a timely manner.
- Provide an important link between customers and Life Technologies Sales and Marketing teams.
- Travel for technical training to Japan or US is required from time to time.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Biochemistry or similar.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Engineer in the science industry.
- Intermediate level written and spoken English language ability.
- Is customer-centric

- Advanced knowledge engineer for IT & Linux is a strong advantage.
