Job Position: CS Representative (Direct Marketing 파트 담당)

-Report to: O&S – CSG Commercial부서 차장

Job Description:

1. Management of notifications
- To collect notification data from other departments and upload data to vendor
- To review the sample of notification
- To check the number of total cases and report on a daily basis
- To handle the issue if it happens with other department

2. Management of E-fulfillment
- System development, error check, report and following-up control and so on.

3. Management of renewal process
- To arrange the schedule for the renewal policy sending each month
- Data sorting & error check

육아휴직 대체 계약직(9개월)

•Knowledge of fulfillment and billing process of Direct Marketing
•Strong relationship to co-operate with the team members and other department
•Excellent PC skills particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•Prefer to good at reading and writing in English
