• Sales and Business Development in the global/local aerospace/defense market
• Participate and execute in the development of roadmaps/strategic plan (STRAP)
• Support customer presentations & communications
• Developing winning proposals for their assigned product line

• BS in engineering, marketing or business management/ MBA preferred
• 10+/- years experience in global aerospace/defense business, sales, technical, marketing, customer support.
• Energetic self-starter, with the drive to achieve difficult goals and objectives
• Excellent communications skill in English
• Six Sigma trained and certified to greenbelt, and familiar with ITAR regulations and laws
• Possibility of frequent overseas business trips (must)
