A successful candidate will be able to
- Fulfill accurate processing of customer's/dealer's orders – process quotations, orders, returns, replacements, and delivery.
- Manage calls professionally, demonstrating good communication skills and proper phone etiquette
- Respond effectively and efficiently to customer inquiries within 24 hours ranging from orders, product availability, pricing, shipping, billing (invoices, debits and credits), documentation (proof of delivery, terms of contracts etc), marketing promotions and sample requests.
- Handle customer complaints, logs the complaint data in system and following through to ensure complete closure within 24 hours.
- Resolve problems through analysis of situations and experience to determine best use of approach and resources.
- Escalate issues appropriately to ensure prompt resolution.
- Effectively communicate with other functions such as sales, marketing, accounting and logistics.
- Support sales and marketing teams, facilitates joint marketing calls and offering functional expertise where applicable.
- Review individual key performance indicators and ensure all measures are met.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

To achieve this, he/she must be
- Customer-focused with 3 ~ 5years of Customer Service function experience
- Able to communicate in Business level of English
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
- Able to utilize ERP system effectively
- An optimist with a “can do” attitude
- Able to embrace diversity of culture and thought
