•1st line Technical support to Customers – SDC and LGD
•Must have the technical capability and experience to be able to resolve routine technical issues independently.
•Act as an Liaison on Tech issues between Customers and US technical team
•Provide regular reports and updates on the technical situation at the customer to the business team including current issues, successes, customer plans and perceptions, and competitive threats.
•Position us as Tech leader and Solution provider by professionalism
•Support and coordinate Material Qualification efforts by understanding and communicating customer performance targets, minimum acceptable specifications, quality requirements, and SHE requirements.
•Develop customer specific Value propositions.
경력 및 자격요건
•Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical or Material)
•Minimum 3 years of Technical experience in OLED industry or 5 years of technical experience in TFT-LCD backplane and cell manufacturing.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business information in Korean and English.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customer personnel, gather accurate customer information, and effectively represent and advocate our company offerings.
