- Coordinate and organize all maintenance resources to achieve plant availability and performance targets, including staff development.
- Lead feasibility studies and take in charge of MEP related capital expenditure necessary for improving the process and plant.
- Lead by example, as plant safety champion, make sure of maintenance work-safety including subcontractors and MEP safety integrity
- Maintain good condition of all plant equipments at readily available for use through planned TPM implementation
- Be a highly visible and effective link among the manufacturing, maintenance and other departments, developing and improving the supporting functions of the department
- HMI&PLC experience
- Instrument experience
- Variable Frequency Drive experience
- Preventive maintenance and LEAN experience
- Project experience
- Good communication skills in English & Korean, verbal & written
- Good reporting & presentation skill
경력 및 자격요건
- Plant based work experience as maintenance engineer or above position
- more than 8 years (minimum) to 15 years at relevant industries (prefer)
- plaster (inorganic), chemical , automatic production line
- Experience in electricity and mechanic both is highly preferred
