o Process customer orders on daily basis:
o Register order information from e-mail and input orders into system
o Receive and log in incoming orders over phone lines and e-mail; inputs order into system
o Coordinates orders; arranges shipping date
o Coordinates with sales & order processing departments in HQ to ensure order processed promptly
o Serve as liaison with sales, manufacturing, engineering, and order processing personnel.
o Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.
o Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information to resolve customer disputes
o Other tasks required by the company
경력 및 자격요건
- BA in Science, preferably Engineering degree
- Working and living in Busan
- Fluent in English (verbal & written communication)
- Good communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Offshore Oil & Gas or in Marine Business in Busan / KyungNam Province is preferred
- No restriction for overseas trips
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand diverse hardware platforms, operating systems, data communications and networking
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills
- Ability to comply with team practices and methods of working
- Report to Sales Team Manager
- Create, issue, and manage the quote to billing process
- Work with sales/service teams to prepare contract & applicable documentations
- Obtain information required to process order (user data, product reference details, installation details, exchange requests, billing dates, sales codes, billing account contacts, etc.)
- Verify equipment-needs, communication requirements and general client needs, making sure to provide timeframes and set client expectations accordingly
- Escalate all delays to internal departments where interaction is required.
- Maintain accurate client billing & location details, and contact/user records on internal systems
- Monitor & update order processing database regularly
- Provide timely support and resolutions regarding order processing issues
- Establish key client relationships in order to facilitate improved order- processing/administration and customer satisfaction
- Manage and resolve external & internal queries relating to order status, client account information, and compliance issues
- Collaborate with and support sales teams to participate in pending order processing issues, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
- Communicate with sales team and clients for issues relating to customer administration/order processing
- Work with sales teams and clients to identify “time-saving” and “cost-saving” opportunities where needed
