- Installation, commissioning and servicing of Company products
- Customer assistance for technical problems
- Providing telephone service support to customers and agents
- Active involvement in spare part sales
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts
- Marketing of Company products while on a service job
- Assist with product presentations during exhibitions and open houses

- Strong technical background within machine tool or related industry
- Experienced user of control systems FANUC, Heidenhain and Siemens
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in installation, maintenance and after sales servicing
- Good communication and presentation skills as well as a pro-active and customer orientated attitude
- Willingness to travel
