- Manages licenses for general merchandise, publishing and promotional partners including seek new business opportunity, contract negotiation, relationship building, distribution strategies, reviewing/approving product concepts
- Develop strong relationships with key publishers, buyers, promotion partners at appropriate accounts

- Bachelors degree
- 10 years sales and marketing experience in which minimum 5 years in licensing
- Experience in brand management, licensing industry or consumer goods required
- Drives for results
- Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
