• Overseeing the management of the expence budgets and the satisfactory performance of various profit centers across the organisation Submitting business forcasts and budgets for consideration by corporate management and recomending major policy changes and developments
• Leading the implementation of longterm business strategic and growth plans
• Conceptualising and building country and product chanel strategies seeking agreement and execution of all plans
• Assuming accountability under company statutory compliance of all business activities
• Acting as the chief spokesperson for the Korean organisation
• Directing and motivating the executive team and the wider organisation
• In this role you will be acting completely in an executive function. The emphasis is primarily on direction and control, although you will also be involved in large scale sales and major client contact

[ Experience ]
• 15 years’ mainly focused on the process power and marine industries with an Engineering background.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience as a Country Manager or Divisional Sales Leader level, minimum organization size of 30 people+.
• 5 years snr management experience IT software.,with full P/L experience.
• Proven track record in people development and man management
• Extensive international business experience gained either overseas or with an international company based in Korea
