1. Assistant to Regional Director
- Provides secretarial service to regional director
- Coordinate communication with HQ, region, Korea staff
- Provide administrative support for HRD activities
2. HR System Admin
- Entry and update of new hires and job data
- Final approver for MSS (Manager Self Service) events
- Auditing to ensure data integrity and issue controlling
- Escalate issues to regional CoE in Malaysia
- Develop data reports for auditing/support
경력 및 자격요건
- 3-5 years of relevent experience
- Fluent in English (native level)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR systems/processes plus
- Abilities to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
