- Relevant service and support of Laser/Solid printer products
- Strong hands-on experience in modification of printer driver, especially in production and proofing environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems with hardware & software using vendor and third-party tools, where required e.g.
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard process of Service, Sales support
- Relevant technical background knowledge on computer & printing technology
- Sound knowledge on various operation platform including Windows OS and MAC OS, plus Unix
- Basic network trouble shooting knowledge on Windows and other OS
- Experience in modification of printer driver is a highly preferred

- At least 3years experience in technical support
- Key success case for troubleshooting
- Good English communication
- Good documention skill – Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
