- Manage various type of technical requests from the customer
- Identify problems from customer and assess its priority
- Communicate with R&D team about technical issues
- Follow-up until the issue is closed

- RTL Design experience with multimedia SOC system
- Knowledge on Video standard
- Able to use C/C++ language
- Can lead technical meeting in English
- Proficiency in written English
- Ability to travel abroad from time to time

[Preferred Qualification]
- Knowledge on BUS standard and memory sub-system for multi-media application
- Experience with NC/VCS simulators, DesignCompiler, Synplify, Formality, SpyGlass, nLint
- Knowledge on back-end design processes
- Experience in verification using FPGA
- Experience with multiple Video standards including H.264
- Experience with Linux/Perl/Python/Tcl/C/C++
- Experience as an application engineer
- Fluent in speaking English
