• Design Enterprise Talent Development Framework, Policies and Process
• Drive the implementation of Talent Development
• CoE strategies and processes, including:
- Succession Management & Top Talent Process
- Performance Management Process
- Enterprise Learning Strategy and Process
- Global Leadership Development Programs
- Global Learning Management System
- Global Mobility Policy
• Develop and execute local talent development CoE programs and activities.
• Integrate regional and local talent development programs into Enterprise Talent Development framework.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Organizational psychology, Education, Business administration or equivalent
- 7 - 10 years’ experience in talent management, learning & development and relevant field
- Organizational skills, Analytical and systems thinking. Strong interpersonal skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Regional experience is a plus
- Experience in leading HR consulting firms is a plus
