1. Commission System Development
Perform development of new commission scheme and project with accurately analyzing regulations in order to launch in time.
- Calculate the development resources and period for on time delivery
- Gather Business Requirement and analyze Detailed Specification.
- Develop urgent commission schemes
2. Commission System Maintenance
Perform monthly system operation and other developments issued during the operation
- Operate twice monthly closing
- Analyze existing system errors requested by users and settle them
- Guide outsourcing staff in terms of development, patch, etc
- Develop system documentation including system specification, design statement, user manual, operational manual, etc
- SR Management and Team Track follow up
3. Others responsibilities
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

- University graduate in Computer Science or IT related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and experience in Insurance Business is preferred
- Strong programming skills in JAVA
- 3 years of extensive work experiences in the area of data modeling (ERD), ORACLE database design, PL/SQL programming, ORACLE database tuning(DBMS, SQL)
- OCP (Oracle Certified Professional) is preferred
- Good team player and creative mind
- Responsible, and able to work independently without supervision
- Lead outsourcing-staffs and counter-department to work co-operatively
- Mature, self-motivated with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
