- Ensure the operation of consistent, effective & efficient fulfillment processes to meet
existing requirements/ expectations of the respective groups / types of customer
accounts, in alignment with business strategies.
- Efficient & effective escalation & engagement processes within local (F&A, IT),
regional (process management, rep offices) & global teams (process management,
MKO) to ensure an integrated approach to fulfillment operations.
- Articulates & ensures that the shared warehouse support service understands &
fulfills business requirements.
- Proactively understands customer needs & trends in all fulfillment matters.
- Collaborates with customers & account managers to resolve all fulfillment issues in a
timely & professional fashion.
- Assumes responsibility as e-commerce super-user, & key-user for ERP systems.
- Assists & supports Fulfillment manager in all fulfillment matters & projects.

경력 및 자격요건
- 영업관리 또는 구매 경력 1년~5년(사원 or 대리급)
- 통관 경험자 우대
- SAP을 이용한 complaint 및 return 처리 경험자 우대
- SAP을 이용한 invoice, credit note, debit note 발행자 우대
- Understanding of supply chain processes (plan, order status & delivery).
- Good communication and influencing skills in English and local language.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using
MS Office
- Leadership skills in conflict resolution and management
- Managing different expectations & requirements of wide diverse groups of customers.
- Managing multiple tasks & expectations
