- Planning & execution of marketing promotion for launching/existing product(s).
- Implement ad campaigns, monitor performance and compile metrics and reports for advertising partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations and relationships with ad networks and other partners.
- Identify, address and resolve ad operations issues that adversely affect campaigns (marketing analytics & optimization).
- Research industry trends, identify new ad formats, lead ad product testing and integrations. Coordinate communications with internal teams for ad campaign/promotion management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to understand trends and key metrics.
- Track marketing spend against budget plans, providing monthly variance reporting, as well as ongoing evaluation of program efficiency opportunities.
경력 및 자격요건
- 4-5 years of experience in advertising & marketing operations, with experience in managing multiple partners and exposure to contracts / strategic alliances.
- Experience with online marketing campaigns for online services or mobile services. Games a plus.
- Experience with campaign performance improvement according to promotion ROI analysis.
- Experience in digital agency a plus.
- Strong knowledge on advertising metrics, advertising creatives and advertising technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail.
- Data analytics and reporting experience.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
- Korean fluency and English or Japanese fluency required.
