- Develop & manage strategy and content for social media and community sites across multiple products in order to enhance user engagement.
- Assist in creating contents for social media channels.
- Manage updates and engage users across all channels – will be responsible for managing all social media accounts.
- Maintaining awareness and understanding of the newest social media technologies and regulations.
- Develop & maintain relationships with all social media channels, including major/key bloggers and key users.
- Creation, management, analysis and reporting of social media analytics campaigns & programs. Coordinate with Business Intelligence team.
- Liaise with internal teams locally and globally to align on social media communications and plans.
경력 및 자격요건
- 2-3+ years of social media marketing experience and/or community management experience for online services or mobile services. Games a plus.
- Excellent writing skills in Korean required.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic user of social networks. Must use Facebook, Twitter and other social networks actively.
- Basic understanding of iFrames - standards-based Web programming (HTML, JavaScript and CSS) and experience working with custom Facebook page tab applications.
- Solid qualitative background. Ability to develop key insights from data.
- Team player with ability to work independently as part of entrepreneurial team. Must be proactive, organized and efficient.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail.
- Significant knowledge of digital landscape, with an emphasis on social and video.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel and presentation skills.
- Korean fluency and English or Japanese fluency required.
