 To oversee and support company’s key strategic initiatives along with a
division who owns an initiative
 Establish Project Management Discipline throughout the organization
 Develop a standard for project management for all departments
 Train key resources on the process & support them to develop their plans
 Identify opportunities for organizational effectiveness / efficiency and
coordinate plans with relevant divisions to implement

 University degree holder
 Minimum of 2+ years for junior level, 5+years for senior level consulting firm
experience in a management consultancy
 Good command of written and spoken English
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Excellent communication skills
 Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing diverse teams and
vendors
 Self-disciplined and organized
