Coordinate IT planning, security and development quality control to ensure excellence and compliance of Technology Service.
1. IT planning & security
 Set up IT strategy and IT security plan
 Review and analyze on-going IT project status
 Reporting status to associate management
 Reporting to internal and external supervisory offices
 Maintain & manage IT policies and procedures.
 Analyze and monitor the appropriate level of IT security control in the
company and systems.
 Manage quality control of system development processes

2. IT audit coordination
 Internal/External IT audit coordination
 Remediate and follow-up audit issues
 Report audit issue and status to associate management

• University graduate in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 5 years experience in IT and/or IT planning/security/BCP
• Experience in Insurance and/or financial institutions is preferred
• Above business level of spoken and written English
• Good team player and creative mind
• Responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Mature, self-motivated with good communication and analytical skills
• Recognizable IT security/audit certification preferred (ex.CISA, CISSP, etc)
