- Provide call center customer service for Home Care products and Home Living products
- Knowledge management for customer consulting and communication
- Prepare customer communication methods and action plans related to Home living product and complaints
- Take quick actions on 1st level complaints through face to face interaction with customers
- Monitor product call quality at contact center
- Prevent VOC of products and drive improvement points of repetitive VOC
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelors degree or above
- Over 1 years of customer care of customers strong complaint related experience
- Knowledge of customer service process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT/Excel/Word)
- Interpersonal skill
- Excellent in VOC analysis
