- Acknowledge customers requests and manage the contract review
- Guide customers regarding products and services
- Inform customers of different test authority and processes
- Guarantee customer project feasibility in relation with project managers and in respect with customer specific requirements (including project confidentiality)
- Main interface with sales administration and customers (Estimate, PO …)

- More than three years experience in the field
- Excellent Communication Skill (English/Korean - written and spoken)
- Background of Lab/Certification Business is plus
- Background of Mobile/NFC/Smart Card is plus
