- Estimate & Invoice issuance for both Laboratory and Test Tool Sales using internal system
- Manage daily sales estimates and invoices status: internal (intercompany) and external
- Communicate with other regional sales administrative, and Tools Corporate team
- Test Tool Maintenance data management using internal system
- Test Tool importation, delivery and customs clearance
- Support Sales, C/S, and Finance

- More than 2 year experience in sales administration or importation area
- Sales data management experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- MS office knowledge: especially in EXCEL
- Customer oriented mind
- Background of Smart card companies, Chip Manufactures and Cell phone manufactures is preferred
