-Planning on Nutrilite Product Strategy based on HFF, Supplement market trend, competitive landscape, SWOP analysis, consumer insight and etc
- Set up the long and mid term strategy of Nutrilite Product Portfolio including product promotion as well as new product launches.
-Implement Solution-based product program strategy in an effort of expanding customer base and improving consumer satisfaction.
-Have a close strategic relationship with Head Quarter Corporate marketing, R&D,Tech/Reg and Project Manager and internal/external shakeholders for differentiated product launching/ product profolio strategy and implementation.
- Work closing with Customer Service, Product Training team to set up the effective training program over new products and strategic focus products
경력 및 자격요건
- 34세(80년생) 이하
- 식품, 제약 전공자 및 건강기능식품, 제약 관련 마케팅 경험자 선호
-Bachelor Degree above in Food Nutrition, Food Science, Phamacy,Biochemistry and other related major ( Preferred master degree in these areas)
- At least 3 years experience in Product Development or Product Marketing in Health Functional Food, Food, Pharmaceutical products.
-Knowledge & Skills : Good professional knowledge over Nutritional Science, Food-science related marketing knowledge, Marketing Planning and analysis skill, Good communication skills including good command of English (Speaking, Writing) and innovative and good initiative approaches, Good Presentation skills, Good MS office skills
- Good Communication in English ( Speaking, Writing & Reading)
