- Handle customer inquiries for products and support Sales team
- Included RFQ’s, customer spec reviews, sales orders and requests for information.
- Put order entry, purchase order into Oracle system and update delivery status
- Issue quotations to customers in line with policies, procedures
- Process new sales orders and amendments, act as inside sales representative for customer accounts
- Assist in the achievement of the sales plan and inventory goal
- Performs related duties as assigned
경력 및 자격요건
- 2~4 years of Sales admin(Customer Service) experience in a manufacturing environment
- ERP (Oracle) system experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- University graduate
- 천안 백석동 근무 가능자
