-Planning and coordinating corporate strategies for Korean operations
-Coordinating with Hong Kong HQ to formulate and initiate a mega port redevelopment project
-Engaging in negotiations with Korean government and other related organizations, such as Busan Port Authority and Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority, in terms of renewal of leasing contracts, rental fee adjustments and any business issues related to Korean operations
-Acting as a contact window between Hong Kong HQ office and Korean business operations in terms of PR, legal issues and business developments
-Assisting Country Advisor (CEO) in formulating and implementing strategic policies and business development strategies

-Preferred age: 40s
-Preferred professional background: corporate strategy planning/business consulting (blue chip company background with mega real-estate development experience, MBA preferred)
-Language skill : educated native’s fluency both in English and Korean (speaking and writing)
-Other skills: proficient MS office software user, professional reporting/presentation skills, comprehensive knowledge in corporate strategy planning process, corporate finance and communication
-Being attentive, proactive, assertive, detailed, good supervision skills, professional presence and leadership
