•Review, interpret and design implementation plans for all applicable HS&E laws and regulations, and industry guidelines and determine their impact on our operations and ensure compliance
•Working directly with the plants, provide guidance and direction on the development, implementation and maintenance of health, safety, ergonomic and environmental Management System (including ISO 14001) designed to comply with government regulations, customer requirements and / or corporate core requirements
•Conduct and coordinate on-going site audits/inspections for compliance to both regulatory and core requirements and provide feedback of the results to the plant and China & Korea regional HS&E
경력 및 자격요건
•College or university degree in engineering or science on Safety, Environmental, Health, Chemical, Mechanical or closely related aspects and a minimum of five years’ HS&E working experience in a manufacturing environment
•key technical knowledge and skills including appropriate health, safety and environmental regulations and guidelines, security processes and systems, training techniques
•excellent written and verbal communication and implementation skills, fluent in English and/or Chinese
•good training skills and knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word
•Experiences in HS&E Consulting, Country region HS&E department or with multi-site support responsibilities plus
