-. Conduct training needs assessments and develop the total company learning plan
-. Plan and implement the learning strategies, policies, systems and processes.
-. Perform training administration duties and preparations for training deliveries
-. Identify and evaluate external institutions as partners for capability development
-. Review and fine-tune L&D related policies
-. Oversee the monitoring and tracking of training reports
-. Main contact for L&D matters including external course applications, scholarships, training bonds etc
-. Facilitates organizational improvement including implementation and feedback process of the employee survey
-. Recruitment & Staffing: Responsible for whole recruiting process from posting to New hire on-board
-. Manage and communicate to the recruiting channels (online job sites, search firms etc.)
-. Facilitate New Employee Orientation Program
경력 및 자격요건
-. Above Bachelor degree in Business.
-. 7-10 years of HR relevant experience in MNC. Semiconductor or related industry is preferred
-. Fluent in English
-. Excellent Communication skill, Interpersonal skill
