•Explore new application or market development opportunity in specific market
•Focus on marketing and customer collaboration to define value proposition of our product
•Proactively support new business development activities and generate market needs or market pull-through.
•Understand market or application needs & monitor market dynamics to develop market development plan
•Responsible for both value chain & end user's market development
•Generate sales of our products in industry to meet business objective
•Key account and distributor management to substantially grow the business

Education& Experience Required:
•BS degree in chemical related discipline
•5 years and above marketing & sales experience in the multi-national company
•Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
•Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional/cross-regional teams
•Results oriented with commitment on execution
•Team player
•Good command of oral and written English
