• Supervise and negotiate terms for all legal and business aspects of multi-national productions, and development and produced film projects
• Strategize and capitalize engagements focusing on media financing, corporate build-out and operations, production/distribution and new media initiatives
• Network licensing agreements and literary acquisitions
• Budget planning for new films
• Serve as a primary liaison with studios
• Construct production, finance and distribution models
• Communicate creative and budgetary commitments to the producer and director
• Coordinate people, resource, equipment and supplies to ensure the production process meets company’s goals

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA is Preferred
• Bilingual Korean is a PLUS
• Knowledge in international sales/financing and film industry is a PLUS
• Experience with structuring investments as equity, mezzanine and other debt across companies, slates, projects and highly tailored financing transactions is a PLUS
• Global financing and strategic initiatives for digital and new media experience is a PLUS
• Professional knowledge in production, distribution, legal, and finance sectors is a PLUS
• Experience in studio level, independent level and microbudget films is a PLUS
• Must be able to successfully manage budget and produce quality products with budget guidelines
• Must have high level professional boundaries, ethics and provable deal making skills from overseeing all aspects of development
• Strict adherence to deadlines
• Must be able to effectively communicate and reason with others
• Reasonable deduction and other problem-solving skills
