- Develop, lead and drive to grow the business of Korea through strategic executions of aligned country HR strategies
-Establish and expand the HR management system in the area of hiring, retaining, developing all employee’s competency
-Manage and update HR DB for the country
-Manage all contractual process for employment agreement and JD
-Include, and not limited to, works on various company HR related projects
-Manage and develop all initial and on-going training system for employees
-Manage and track the attendances
-Actively work with global & regional HR teams and lead in localizing and launching its HR initiatives and practices in Korea
-Support Country Manager and Regional Director in HR system development in Korea

외국계 혹은 국내 기업에서의 HRM 경력 (특히 채용) 7년 이상-15년미만
