• Lead the creation and commercialization of new technical solutions for processing engineering thermoplastics.
• Contribute to New Product Introductions (which are led by the Technology team)
• Drive the closure (working with the Field Marketing team) of key "validation" targets where a new process or new design is being introduced for the first time.
• Assist in part design, material selection, process design, mold design, process optimization.
• Mold Design review with customer.
• Translate new plastics processing technologies and processes from USA and Europe to Aisa-Pacific regions.

• +5 yrs Masters or +7 yrs experience Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Polymers/Plastics Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• Experience in polymer processing methods such as General injection molding, thin wall injection, ICM(injection completion molding)
• Understanding of mechanical engineering design, stress analysis and mechanical performance prediction and testing.
• Project Management 경험(必)
• Fluent in English
