A.Fully exploit market opportunities for existing brands and identify emerging / future opportunities
B.Manage the allocation of key resources to those areas of the business that offer the greatest potential for longer term growth of the Bacardi brands and closely monitor ROI
C.Plan appropriate A&P budget and volume targets with the General Manager and Sales Department Head and execute against plan
D.Build and maintain favorable business relations and a position of thought leadership within the spirits category with key influencers and relevant business partners
E.Utilize appropriate internal communication processes to keep all employees informed of Marketing programs and initiatives to timely collaborate and maximize synergy
F.Support the development of Brand Manager(s) through close work supervision, OJT and adequate use of external resources.
G.Work with Regional and Global teams on priority Marketing initiatives and participate as necessary in meetings and conferences
경력 및 자격요건
-주류 및 담배 업계에서의 Marketing 관련 전반적인 업무 경력 풍부한 분
-주세법 및 광고법 등에 대한 해박한 지식
-Strong technical knowledge and experience in functional areas of Brand Management and Marketing, including strategy development, communication development & media strategy, consumer promotions, experiential marketing & event management, sponsorships, research (qualitative & quantitative), PR, pricing and agency & supplier management.
-Minimum 10 years of business experience with at least 6 within direct Marketing related functions.
-Spirits industry and FMCG industry preferred
-Interactive (Digital) Marketing experience preferred
