* Leading Quality system like ISO 9000 / TS 16949
* Window to customer for quality issue with assistance of sales and QC
* Collect all complaint and claim except application quality then make a report and investigation, prepare the corrective action then evaluate effectiveness.
* Documentation and processing for approval based on customer's requirement.
* Identify quality of goods and suggest solution for Non Confirmative in SAP
* Set up plan for audit of major supplier and evaluate / classification
* Report quality issue monthly base to MD
* Co-work with HES in the view of system maintenance like ISO14000 / OHSAS 18000
* Check compliance with ww SOP and local SOP / operation work flow
* Annual planning and implementation of quality improvement and assuarance

Work experience in MFG industry - 10 years as QA or QC
