1. Develop & lead the Pharma/Biotechnology business by focusing on drug transfers as well as locally developed products. This includes repeat businesses, new businesses at existing and new accounts and new product sales such as PanExcea and Process Chromatography.
2. Develop and execute business plan to grow the Pharma business in Korea.
3. Develop and execute plan for product registrations with KFDA.
4. Lead the sale team in direct selling at major accounts in Korea.
5. Has primary accountability and ownership for building strong end customer relationships in Korea.
6. Manages the channel including direct, distributors or third party logistic companies to provide logistical to the end customer and selling support for the tier 2 and 3 customers for the pharmaceutical market.
7. Develop & manage channel for Japan.
8. Monitors the achievement of sales, margins, and receivables goals. Develops improvement recommendations as needed.

• BS in biotechnology, chemistry, biology or related technology fields required.
• MBA desired.
• Minimum of five (5) years of business-oriented activities in a chemical/technical oriented business with at least three (3) years in key management roles.
• Extensive sales experience with demonstrated ability to develop strategies and strengthen organizations.
• High level of influencing and persuading skills and high level of collaborative behavior.
• Ability to lead in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly the intended message in formal and informal settings.
