- Plan the overall product & skill training with proactive integration of the local business
strategies
- Provide sales staff with necessary and practical product training sessions in line with
the retail calendar to drive retail sales productivity
- Guide and provide field development by training and working with boutique managers
to ensure the sales force potential to be maximized and to achieve sales force
productivity goals
- Ensure all training materials are locally appropriate and accurately translated for the
region
- Make regular store visits to check and audit the operation process and service level
-Track and report the result and effectiveness of all training activities on a regular basis
- Provide sales staff with information, styling, and trends about jewelry from styling
class, editorials, Additions.com, which are focused on push items

- Retail Industry에서 Training 경력 5년 전후
- Retail Industry에서 마케팅 또는 영업 경력자 중에 Training 경험 일부 있는자 지원 가능
- 백화점 브랜드 출신 선호(Cosmetics, Jewelry, Fashion Brand 선호)
- 긍정적이고 밝은 성격의 소유자, open minded & aggressive communication skill 소유자
- 제품 포인트를 끌어내어 컨텐츠 개발할 수 있는 능력
- 매장 교육용을 위하여 selling description까지 개발할 수 있는 능력
- 현장 밀착형으로 매장에서 지속적으로 코칭할 수 있는 능력
- 패션 Industry에서 패션 감각과 세일즈 감각을 겸비한 자
- 영어 가능자 우대
