o Provides specialized assistance to SCM personnel by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to customer relationship management, customer service, demand management, order fulfillment, manufacturing, procurement & supplier relations, product development or reverse logistics
o Will report to SCM Manager

o Knowledge of Microsoft Excel program
o Bilingual English and Korean
