-Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
-Conduct market research to determine marketing requirements for existing and future titles
-Develop and implement marketing plans, strategies, and projects for new and existing titles
-PR for each title for general market, Korean American market and more
-Liaison with media and advertising including digital platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)
-Market TV & feature digital contents on Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
-Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
-Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
-Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
-Develop pricing strategy
-Create marketing plan and network
-Online & SNS marketing and PR such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
-Maintaining company websites

-Advertising and marketing

Skills:
-SNS Savvy
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint required)
-Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, HTML
-Bilingual English/Korean is a PLUS

Required Experience Field:
-3- 5 Years of Marketing and Advertising (on-line and off-line) experience
