Main Responsibilities:
-Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements as relating to Company and Law
-Providing and interpreting financial information
-Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends
-Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance in finance/accounting
-Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
-Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
-Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
-Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue
-Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
-Managing budgets and its preparation and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances

Qualification:
-At least with 7-year-experience in Finance/Accounting
-Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and over the telephone with individuals and with a wide variety of organisations and to research, analyse and interpret complex finance/accounting information and produce clear verbal and written reports for management in Korean & English
-Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of finance/accounting and strategic planning (preferably with credential and/or recommendation)
-Ability to devise and implement strategic development and resource plans in finance/accounting
-Ability to monitor and maintain finance/accounting information systems and procedures
-Working on own initiative and as a team under stress
-No restriction for overseas trips
