*Plan and carry out the following system development activities, supported by Korea-based development engineers and UK technical experts:
- Vehicle-based calibration of transient rail pressure control, fuel-injection-related diagnostics, cranking and start, fuel injection pump control
- Vehicle-based fuel injection system performance evaluation in support of pre-production development programs and running changes, in climatic facilities and in-territory
*Develop training material and coach junior team members on vehicle-based calibration practice
*Support the customer on calibration topics by:
- Interpreting company control strategy documents
- Collating customer requirements and technical issues, carrying out initial investigations and giving feedback to UK expert team
*Prepare technical reports and presentations for the resident engineering team leader and the Heavy Duty Calibration Manager

*Bachelor degree, or above in Engineering
*More than 23years’ experience in diesel powertrain development and calibration
*Experience in ETAS INCA calibration tools
*Embedded control techniques including Matlab Simulink diagrams
*Proven coaching, mentoring and problem solving skills
*English communication skills: Technical report writing and verbal
*Development / calibration expertise on the below:
- Injection Control
- Rail Pressure Control
- Model-based torque coordination
- Air Path control
- Aftertreatment Control
