Lead the regular GAAP reporting and analysis, including FAS97 AGP true-up, LAT, Source of Earnings analysis, etc.
Closely communicate/ work together with Group Office actuaries in relation to GAAP reporting and analysis
Closely communicate/ work together with the finance and IT colleagues in relation to GAAP reporting and analysis
Improve control and robustness of the reporting process
Be a major contributor, with support from Group Office actuaries, in building an independent valuation team in Korea which is expected to own the whole GAAP valuation tasks going forward
Train/ support junior staff
경력 및 자격요건
University graduate or above
Actuarial qualification (local and/or international) is a plus
5+ years of work experience in actuarial field
US GAAP reporting experience is preferred
Knowledge in Prophet is preferred
Keen analytical intelligence, Strong problem defining/solving skills
Good communicator (Korean and English)
