- Work within a designated retail WPN accounts for promoting Wizards organized play programs and products, and providing full organized play service and support with KPIs – Increase in Players and in store-level play events, better store play experience for customers
- Solicit new retailers to join the Wizards Play Network.
- Meet and exceed individual, team, and division goals.
- Act as a consultant to ensure effective merchandising, sales, and play efforts and report key customer insight back through the organization
- Lead cross functional discussions related to specific customer service issues.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- 2-4 years account management/sales experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
