• Pro-actively manage key accounts and identify business opportunities as well as responding with initiative to market developments
• Ensure sell-thru sales with key accounts are achieve in accordance with plans and recommend remedial actions as needed
• Direct Sales Promoters to fully support growth objectives through motivation, coaching and planning
• Manage monthly sell-thru sales and inventory to ensure optimal holding and/or in line with business direction, taking timely corrective actions to redress any gaps in trade sales achievements
• Regular engagement with retailers, conduct quarterly business review to ensure achievement of sales objectives by Accounts and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
경력 및 자격요건
• Key Account Management experience is a mandate (5+ years)
• Hyper channel experience preferred
• Small or Major Domestic Appliances sales experience preferred
• Candidate must possess good analytical, negotiation, communication and selling skills
• Able to speak and write English
