- In partnership with Regional / Area Managers, drive all service-related productivity
KPI’s (LFL sales, UPT, ATV conversion rates)
- Responsible for coaching and developing store teams on behaviours required to
increase KPIs
- Support Regional / Area Managers to develop and implement action plans /
corrective action to turn around under-performing stores
- Responsible for monitoring the in-store execution of all global service standards
- Responsible for the monitoring and proactive in-store delivery of global services
- Responsible for coaching, training, implementation and monitoring of key data
initiatives such as data capture and physical and digital clientelling
- Conduct necessary train-the-trainer sessions to ensure that each store is effectively
delivering Product Knowledge training to all staff members

- 영업 back ground 풍부한 자
- Training 경력자 가능
- Luxury Brand 경력자 우대
- business (KPI) 분석에 강하고 communication능력이 좋은 leader
